Salary: PLN 12,583.30–26,133.30 gross per month

What you will do

• Partner with executive leadership to align project initiatives with strategic priorities and operational goals.
• Lead projects end to end, including scope, budgets, resources, risks, execution strategy, and delivery.
• Create project plans covering timelines, staffing, resource allocation, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate project performance, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Establish project governance standards for methodologies, reporting, and documentation.
• Coach project team members and drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in construction or general contractor project environments is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent English and Polish required; willingness to travel up to 15%.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
