Location: Remote from Sofia, Prague, Frankfurt, Budapest, Warsaw, Bucharest, Madrid, or Reading; willingness to travel approximately 30% is required.

What you will do

• Develop and manage project plans covering timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate delivery against project objectives.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective strategies.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, project communications, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Prepare project reports, status updates, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate programme management delivery and support team capability development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Significant project management and team leadership experience, with a record of delivering projects from inception to completion within scope, time, and budget.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30% as required.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• Proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented approach and commitment to continuous improvement.
