Project Management Apprentice EGL1 (Renewable Energy Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support the Project Management team with day-to-day coordination of project activities, meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor project progress against milestones and deadlines, and help track risks, issues, and opportunities.
• Maintain project documentation, records, reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Support communication and coordination between engineers, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and project partners.
• Visit project sites to learn about construction activities, engineering processes, environmental requirements, and health and safety practices.
• Balance workplace learning with academic study toward a degree-level Project Management qualification.

Requirements

• Suitable for someone aged 16–18 who is eager to learn, organised, and comfortable working with people.
• No previous project management experience is required.
• Interest in developing a career in project management, engineering, construction, or renewable energy.
• Ability to complete workplace learning alongside academic study and a degree-level qualification.
