Senior Global Trial Manager (Clinical Research)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; candidates must be based in the listed location. Travel up to 25%.

Annual base pay: 225,500.00–418,600.00 zł.

What you will do

• Lead clinical delivery for large, global and multi-regional trials in line with regulatory requirements, customer contracts, and internal SOPs.
• Develop recruitment strategies and support achievement of project recruitment targets and milestones.
• Manage clinical risks, quality standards, compliance measures, and quality issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage clinical project finances, including Estimate at Completion, and identify additional service opportunities.
• Lead clinical teams, including resourcing, talent planning, project-related training, and stakeholder management.
• Report project progress and milestone status to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or another scientific discipline.
• At least 7 years of clinical research or monitoring experience, including 5 years of clinical project management experience, preferably in a CRA setting.
• Consolidated knowledge of project management practices and terminology.
• Knowledge of applicable clinical research regulations, including GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Proven ability to independently lead global trials.
• Good command of English; applications must include an English CV.
