Senior Project Manager

Location: Finland, Poland or Scandinavia; travel up to 10–20% to customers and RELEX offices.

What you will do

• Lead complex software implementation projects from kick-off through go-live.
• Own project plans, scope, change requests, budgets, and profitability reporting.
• Build relationships with customer teams and senior stakeholders, including steering group meetings.
• Facilitate project meetings and workshops, documenting actions and ensuring completion.
• Identify and manage risks, escalate issues proactively, and resolve conflicts across internal and external teams.
• Travel to customer sites and RELEX offices when required.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading complex software implementation projects, preferably within large IT landscapes.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, risk analysis, and management skills.
• Strong time management, prioritisation, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Business-level English required.

Nice to have

• Fluency in a Scandinavian language, Finnish, or Polish.
• Relevant degree or at least 3 years of experience in retail, CPG, or FMCG.
• Experience with grocery, CPG, or FMCG retailers or suppliers, or broader supply chain expertise.
• Entrepreneurial attitude and interest in developing a growing business area.
