What you will do

• Oversee the full project life cycle, from initial research and planning through concept development, final design, and construction.
• Lead project teams and provide guidance on project design and technical aspects.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, public agency officials, and community leaders.
• Prepare proposals and client agreements.
• Monitor project tasks, budgets, and schedules with Senior Project Managers and Project Managers.
• Support technical and professional development while contributing to company design and production standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from an ABET-accredited college or university.
• Professional Engineer designation in the State of Texas, or the ability to obtain it within six months.
• At least 15 years of experience managing substantial water/wastewater projects from conception to completion, including technical task cost estimation.
• At least 10 years of project management experience and a strong background in water/wastewater facility projects.
• Proven ability to lead engineers and support personnel and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Experience and professional contacts in the Houston area are a strong plus.
