Mid-Atlantic Pump Station and Pipeline Business Class Leader (Water Infrastructure)

Location: United States locations in Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC

Salary: $140,648–$253,800 annually, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and geography.

What you will do

• Lead the technical growth, direction, delivery, and quality of the Mid-Atlantic Pump Station and Pipeline Business Class.
• Plan, direct, oversee, and participate in complex multi-discipline projects involving planning, design, inspection, and construction management.
• Serve as a client manager, project principal, project manager, and senior technical resource as needed.
• Coordinate work across civil, structural, geological, geotechnical, mechanical, CADD, GIS, and other technical disciplines.
• Manage staff workloads, training, licensing, mentoring, recruitment, and employee advancement.
• Support business development, proposals, marketing opportunities, operational planning, and performance improvement across Maryland, DC, and Virginia.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a professional, architecture, engineering, or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of professional experience, including at least 7 years leading projects and teams focused on pump stations and pipelines.
• Professional or engineering registration with related technical experience.
• Experience managing diverse teams, project budgets, scopes, cost estimates, contracts, and capital improvements.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, negotiation, presentation, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Project, and SharePoint or equivalent databases.
