HRBP, Senior Manager, HMS (Healthcare)

Location: Remote role associated with Chicago, United States of America

Base salary: $130,000–$185,000 annually. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive: $156,000–$222,000.

What you will do

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and deliver global people strategies for the Healthcare Industry Managed Services business.
• Translate growth, service delivery, productivity, and client satisfaction priorities into workforce and talent plans.
• Lead performance management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Use people metrics and workforce analytics to guide capacity, utilization, cost, hiring, and talent planning across domestic and global delivery teams.
• Advise leaders on employee and healthcare labor relations matters, organizational design, and business transformation.
• Partner with Total Rewards on compensation planning, incentives, benefits, promotions, and retention strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including significant HR Business Partner experience, ideally in healthcare.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing business decisions through strategic HR delivery.
• Strong business acumen and ability to align talent strategies with operational and financial goals.
• Experience managing HRBP teams and providing practical, business-oriented HR guidance.
• English proficiency required for global stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or an MBA.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or SPHR.
• Knowledge of global employment laws and healthcare labor relations.
• Experience in managed services, professional services, consulting, matrixed, complex, or high-growth organizations.
• Understanding of benefits and compensation.
