Senior Manager Business Applications - Reporting & Analytics (SAP)

Location: Barberà del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain; hybrid arrangement with two days of home office per week.

What you will do

• Own, manage, and continuously improve SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BW 7.5 reporting and analytics solutions across business areas and sites.
• Translate business, regulatory, and technical requirements into scalable, compliant, and sustainable reporting solutions.
• Lead and support end-to-end SAP analytics projects across multiple functional domains.
• Design, develop, and optimize BW solutions using ABAP, AMDP, SQL, transformations, extractors, and SAP data modelling capabilities.
• Maintain business blueprints, functional and technical specifications, data flow descriptions, and support documentation.
• Support change, incident, lifecycle, consultant management, knowledge-sharing, and operational handover activities.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, engineering, business information systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• Senior-level experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW 7.5, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and R/3 projects across different business areas.
• Strong SAP BW development skills, including ABAP, AMDP, SQL, transformations, extractors, and data modelling.
• Understanding of business processes, data flows, and reporting requirements, with the ability to analyse and reverse-engineer existing SAP solutions.
• Strong documentation, communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated or quality-driven environments.
• Experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, or S/4HANA rollouts.
