What you will do

• Design and implement scalable APEX solutions using domain, service, and selector patterns.
• Develop and enhance Service Cloud capabilities, including complex case management, routing, and automation.
• Build and customize Experience Cloud sites to support customer and partner self-service experiences.
• Implement Digital Engagement channels and AI-powered automations using Einstein Bots and Agentforce.
• Design secure Apex REST APIs, asynchronous processing (Queueable, Batch), and LWC components.
• Collaborate with Architects and DevOps on CI/CD pipelines using Git and SFDX.

Requirements

• 2–5+ years of Salesforce development experience with a strong focus on Apex.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
• Experience implementing Digital Engagement capabilities and conversational AI solutions.
• Proven proficiency in enterprise Apex patterns, bulkification, and SOQL performance tuning.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Experience with LWC and Git workflows.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud or Experience Cloud Consultant.
• Experience with Salesforce Knowledge and Data Cloud.
• Knowledge of Prompt Builder, Agentforce, or other generative AI capabilities within Salesforce.
• AI Associate or Agentforce Specialist certifications.
