iShift Business Enablement – Global Trade Services Lead (SAP GTS)

What you will do

• Lead SAP GTS business enablement across the Order to Cash function, collaborating with Customs, Sanctioned Party List Screening, and O2C teams.
• Gather trade compliance requirements, analyze current GTS landscapes, and conduct regulatory gap analyses.
• Design and document GTS solutions and functional specifications aligned with the S/4HANA roadmap.
• Coordinate K-user testing for sanctions screening, export licenses, customs declarations, and preference determination.
• Provide hypercare support after go-live, resolve complex compliance issues, and manage the transition to business as usual.
• Monitor regulatory changes, drive GTS enhancements, and track core model adherence and compliance metrics.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in SAP GTS and trade compliance processes.
• Extensive SAP GTS implementation experience in S/4HANA environments.
• Deep knowledge of export control, sanctions screening, customs regulations, license management, preference management, and restricted party screening.
• Familiarity with EAR, ITAR, and EU dual-use regulations.
• Experience aligning requirements across Customs, SPLS, and Order to Cash teams.
• Fluent English required. Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
