IT Business Partner - MM SAP Consultant (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, Spain; global role based at the nearest hirify.global facility. Hybrid work model with an onsite commitment of 60% within a month.

What you will do

• Lead IT strategy and solutions for procurement and logistics operations.
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT, aligning business needs with technology solutions.
• Deliver and support SAP S/4HANA and related cross-module solutions.
• Manage IT roadmaps, budgets, and engagement with global stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement across supply chain technology.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of hands-on SAP MM experience, including end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP cross modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated experience leading IT strategy and business transformation.
• Professional-level English proficiency required.
• Ability to work in the hybrid model with 60% onsite commitment at the nearest hirify.global facility.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP WM, EDI, and vendor collaboration.
• SAP certification.
• Experience in international or global IT environments.
