hirify.global is a global pharmaceutical company deploying a standardized SAP S4HANA back-office platform across its businesses and geographies.

What you will do

• Lead or contribute to scoping studies and estimate workloads for Sales and Distribution scope and continuous improvements.
• Lead global design and fit-gap workshops and govern the Trade global template.
• Design SAP solutions for pricing, condition contracts, settlement management, order management, outbound processing, and billing.
• Configure, document, unit-test, and support integration and system testing of SAP solutions.
• Coordinate migration, cutover, training, go-live, hypercare, and transition to AMS.
• Provide functional expertise for complex AMS topics, cross-project initiatives, integrations, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• University degree in economics, engineering, computer science, or a comparable field.
• 8+ years of SAP experience and at least three full-lifecycle SAP implementations.
• 8+ years of experience designing and configuring SAP Pricing, Condition Contracts, Settlement Management, Order Management, Outbound Processing, and Billing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Pricing, customer rebates, and SD integration with Finance and Controlling.
• Experience with Trade business process design, Master Data, IDocs/BAPIs, legacy integrations, international SAP projects, and Agile methodologies.
• Fluent English, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to challenge requirements and formalize solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in the pharmaceutical or similar industries.
• Knowledge of other SAP functional domains.
• Experience in major IT consulting firms as a stream lead or functional expert.
• Additional language skills.
