Senior Director, Healthcare Analytics

Salary: $134,600–$249,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead enterprise-wide healthcare analytics projects and strategic initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into actionable analytical solutions and capabilities.
• Partner with business, technical, analytic, and executive stakeholders to align strategy and delivery.
• Oversee utilization management analytics supporting regulatory reporting and multiple health plans.
• Manage team priorities, executive relationships, escalations, and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop leaders and analysts across analytic domains.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, public health, health informatics, healthcare administration, finance, or a related field.
• 8+ years of healthcare analytics experience, including organizational leadership, strategic planning, and operationalizing functional teams.
• Working knowledge of SQL and querying languages, including table creation, indexing, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Experience with statistical, analytical, or data-mining techniques, data modeling, trend analysis, and root-cause analysis.
• Experience mentoring and training people leaders across multiple areas of focus.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with clinical operations data and regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and modern business intelligence and visualization tools.
• Experience with change management and strategic solutioning.
