Revenue Cycle Insights Management Technical Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Chicago, United States; predominantly remote with occasional travel for internal or client meetings. Current permanent US work authorization is required.

Base salary: $145,000–$185,000 per year. Total estimated compensation including annual incentive compensation: $166,750–$231,250.

What you will do

• Design and implement advanced data processes for healthcare consulting capabilities.
• Build and deliver analytics, AI, and data solutions as part of hirify.global’s Insights as a Service offering.
• Manage product roadmaps and executive reporting for consulting leadership.
• Lead cross-disciplinary teams across data engineering, application engineering, data science, and AI engineering.
• Develop technical assets, proprietary methodologies, advanced analytics applications, and interactive healthcare dashboards.
• Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and strengthen client confidence in data-driven insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, healthcare informatics, mathematics, statistics, finance, technical analytics, healthcare analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 5–6+ years of relevant healthcare consulting experience.
• 5–6+ years of experience with SQL and Python.
• Strong analytical skills with large and comprehensive datasets, plus the ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS or Snowflake, AI-enabled analytics workflows, and data visualization tools.
• Permanent US work authorization required; occasional travel is expected.

Nice to have

• Experience with healthcare datasets, including claims, financial performance, and clinical data.
• Experience in healthcare consulting, analytics, or technical roles within a team-based professional services firm.
• Knowledge of data transformation frameworks such as dbt.
