Senior Analytics Engineer (Medtech)

What you will do

• Own the development and maintenance of analytics-ready data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Looker.
• Partner with business stakeholders to deliver actionable reporting on provider sales and operational KPIs.
• Design and maintain semantic models and certified datasets to ensure consistent, trusted metrics.
• Formulate techniques for auditing data quality and optimizing data delivery processes.
• Mentor junior team members and champion data governance and documentation standards.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to architect data pipelines that support strategic business objectives.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 5+ years of experience in a data visualization or data engineering role.
• Proficiency in Looker and LookML, with experience in BI platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining analytics models using dbt and Snowflake.
• Advanced SQL knowledge with experience optimizing performance on large datasets.
• Experience working within agile development methodologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
• Experience partnering with sales teams to deliver data-driven insights.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
