Insurance Sales Agent

Location: Remote for full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. Listed Nevada locations include Reno, Carson City, Elko, Pahrump, and Sparks.

Compensation: $19–$21 per hour plus uncapped commissions and potential equity.

What you will do

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance.
• Provide consultative guidance by explaining policy details, identifying savings opportunities, and uncovering coverage gaps.
• Build tailored policy packages across a panel of more than 55 insurance carriers and bind coverage.
• Address customer questions and hesitation with empathy and transparency.
• Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and service experience.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or a high-touch customer service environment.
• Strong empathy, warmth, active listening, and customer advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.
• Must currently reside in an eligible U.S. state for full-time hourly employment.
• Obtain a P&C insurance license within approximately two weeks of starting; licensing costs are fully funded.
