Inside Sales Representative

Location: Fully remote; must reside in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, DC, New Jersey, or New York

Salary: $18–$20 per hour plus performance-based bonuses

What you will do

• Engage homeowners by phone and other communication channels to schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Use questioning, listening, and communication skills to deliver a professional customer experience.
• Follow company scripts while maintaining a personal and positive approach.
• Identify upselling opportunities and explain product and service benefits.
• Handle customer inquiries, transfers, messages, special telephone tasks, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment scheduling and communication.

Requirements

• Strong data entry and computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Residence in one of the specified U.S. states or the District of Columbia is required.
