Sales Agent (Pet Insurance)

Location: Remote within the United States; work from a home office, with occasional travel to the nearest office for team meetings, training, and culture-building events.

What you will do

• Answer inbound sales calls and follow up with prospective pet parents.
• Accurately and efficiently capture customer information in the CRM system.
• Proactively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities.
• Meet company-defined sales KPIs.
• Communicate professionally with customers by phone and email.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or at least 2 years of sales experience.
• Property and Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one within the first few weeks of employment.
• Strong organization and time-management skills, including the ability to work under pressure.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
