Salary: $141,500–$268,500 USD base pay

What you will do

  • Partner with VP-level stakeholders to develop global procurement strategies for assigned categories.
  • Build annual strategic plans aligned with broader business objectives.
  • Use market intelligence, industry trends, and data analytics to support strategic decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Develop supplier value drivers, lead Supplier Relationship Management strategies, and strengthen sustainable sourcing practices.
  • Manage procurement risk, compliance, and strategic projects across cross-functional teams.
  • Lead sourcing, contract negotiations, supplier execution, and a team of Managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, business, or operations.
  • Experience leading category teams, partnering with major suppliers, and reporting to senior leaders.
  • Expertise in category management, market analysis, cost and financial assessment, negotiation, bidding, change management, and complex project oversight.
  • Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, cross-functional leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong resilience, emotional intelligence, and ability to work autonomously in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry.
