BMW Sales Consultant (Automotive)

Location: Midlothian, Virginia, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their vehicle needs using the Crown Selling Process.
• Build customer relationships and develop a referral network.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle features, pricing, and incentives.
• Close vehicle sales and maintain professional customer interactions.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and strong customer service skills.
• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Strong computer and phone skills, including MS Outlook, CRM systems, Eleads, and Autotrader.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior sales experience is preferred; training is provided.
