What you will do

• Contact customers and identify their vehicle needs using the Nalley Selling Process.
• Build customer rapport and develop referral networks.
• Conduct test drives and present vehicle information, pricing, and incentives.
• Close used-car sales and maintain customer relationships.
• Use computer, phone, internet, CRM, Eleads, Autotrader, and related sales tools.

Requirements

• Motivation to succeed and a proven track record of sales success.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong computer and phone skills.
• Professional business attire and appearance.
• Self-starter mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Prior sales experience is preferred; training is provided.
