Internet Sales Consultant (Automotive)

What you will do

• Contact customers, identify their needs, and follow the dealership's selling process.
• Respond to internet leads within the required timeframe and send product information with pricing.
• Build customer relationships and develop a referral network.
• Answer sales calls, schedule and confirm appointments.
• Conduct test drives and vehicle walk-arounds, close deals, and manage the customer experience through completion.
• Work toward store goals and achieve a 12–15% closing ratio on internet leads.

Requirements

• Prior sales, call center, or business development center experience is required.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, computer, and phone skills.
• Experience with E-Leads, reports, internet tools, Microsoft Outlook, or CRM systems.
• Motivation to succeed and ability to work as part of a team.
• Professional business attire and appearance.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills.
• Experience in automotive sales, retail, inside or outside sales, telemarketing, or internet marketing.
