Service Sales Professional / Advisor | Weekends Off | Celina (Automotive)

Location: Onsite in Celina, Texas, United States; Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm. The shop is closed every weekend.

Salary: Up to $80,000 per year for highly qualified candidates.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and create a comfortable, positive service experience.
• Assess customer needs and present clear, appropriate vehicle service solutions.
• Sell automotive services consultatively while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Build long-term relationships with customers, the store, and the service team.
• Communicate professionally by phone, arrange guest shuttles, and coordinate service completion.
• Support teammates, maintain urgency in a high-volume environment, and pursue continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Current driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Customer service and sales experience.
• Proficiency with Windows-based computer software.
• Strong active listening, objection-handling, and sales-closing skills.
• Reliable availability for the Monday–Friday schedule and ability to remain on your feet for most of the workday.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry objects weighing more than 50 pounds.
