Senior People & Culture Business Partner, Transformation & IT

Location: Hybrid role based in Camden, New Jersey, United States

Salary: $139,800–$192,200 base salary annually

What you will do

• Advise Transformation Office and IT leaders, aligning people strategies with business priorities.
• Guide organizational design, workforce planning, operating model effectiveness, and capability development.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management, leadership development, retention, and engagement initiatives.
• Coach leaders on performance improvement, difficult conversations, team dynamics, employee relations, and organizational risk.
• Help establish and mature the Transformation Office operating model and strengthen enterprise culture and performance initiatives.
• Partner with Change Management, PMO, and business teams to drive adoption and organizational readiness for NextGen IBP and digital transformation programs.

Requirements

• BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a business partner or talent partner role.
• Generalist HR experience with strong transactional and strategic HR capabilities.
• Demonstrated expertise in organizational design, organizational effectiveness, change management, talent management, and resource allocation.
• Strong judgment, communication, influencing, coaching, and decision-making skills across all employee levels.
• Ability to lead through frequent organizational transitions and challenging situations.

• Experience supporting organizational effectiveness and change management teams.
• Experience in cross-functional or matrixed organizations and working with senior management.
• Knowledge of HR policies, compensation and benefits, organizational change, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and solve complex organizational challenges.
