Associate Vice President - Water/Wastewater

What you will do

• Lead the planning, design, permitting, and delivery of water distribution, wastewater collection, and treatment projects.
• Oversee project execution from conceptual design through final design, construction, and implementation support.
• Manage multiple teams and complex projects while controlling scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise managers, project leaders, and senior technical staff, including succession planning.
• Review proposals, scopes of work, budgets, and client agreements.
• Support business development through pursuit strategy, RFQs/RFPs, proposal development, and client interviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
• Professional Engineer license in the state or states required for project work.
• At least 12 years of progressive engineering experience, including senior project leadership and people management.
• Experience leading managers, project leaders, and senior technical professionals.
• Experience managing complex projects, multiple teams, and competing priorities.
• Availability Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with additional hours as required.
