Civil Project Manager - Water Resources

What you will do

• Plan and design public and private drinking water, wastewater, reclaimed water, and stormwater projects.
• Prepare civil engineering planning studies, designs, and construction documents.
• Provide regulatory and permitting submittals and support their processing.
• Develop and guide construction plan package preparation.
• Apply hydrology and hydraulics software to water resources engineering projects.
• Interface with municipal and private clients and support technical communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field.
• Approximately 15+ years of technical experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida, or the ability to obtain it within six months of the start date.
• Experience working with municipal and private clients in Florida.
• Successful experience delivering civil engineering planning studies, designs, and construction documents.

Nice to have

• Experience with engineering services in Hillsborough, Manatee, Pinellas, or Sarasota Counties and familiarity with Tampa Bay Area development and design processes.
• Drinking water, wastewater, or reclaimed water design experience.
• Experience with ICPR, InfoWater, WaterCAD, AutoCAD, Autodesk Civil 3D, or ArcGIS.
• Technical writing, client communications, and construction plan package experience.
