Practice Manager, SailPoint (Identity Governance)

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; hybrid role with 2–3 days in the office

What you will do

• Lead delivery of Identity Governance services across presales, consulting, solution design, and implementation.
• Develop Identity Governance offerings aligned with client needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Run client scoping, requirements-gathering, process-design, and technical-solutioning workshops.
• Lead and develop Identity Governance consultants and architects.
• Partner with sales and other practice leaders on cross-sell and business development initiatives.
• Present solution proposals, implementation roadmaps, and progress updates while managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years of Identity Governance and Administration experience with consulting and solution delivery expertise.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow, Saviynt, or Oracle Identity Governance.
• Strong knowledge of access reviews, role-based access control, entitlement management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, and compliance reporting.
• Experience leading Identity Governance professional services engagements across multiple industries.
• Understanding of consulting financial metrics, including utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, and backlog.
