Analyst, Identity Access Management Administrator (CyberArk)

What you will do

• Manage and maintain IAM activities, including user provisioning, role-based access control, access changes, deprovisioning, and access reviews.
• Support CyberArk PAM operations for privileged, service, and application accounts, including discovery, password vaulting, credential rotation, and session management.
• Troubleshoot access, authentication, account onboarding, password reconciliation, and privileged-access request issues.
• Maintain security controls, least-privilege assignments, audit evidence, compliance reports, and access documentation.
• Support ServiceNow workflows for access requests, incidents, changes, and service fulfillment.
• Collaborate with IT, security, infrastructure, application, and business teams while communicating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in information technology, cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Entry-level profile with 0–2 years of relevant industry experience.
• Knowledge of IAM, PAM, RBAC, MFA, SSO, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, and IT asset management.
• Familiarity with AWS IAM, AWS Management Console, AWS CLI, CyberArk PAM components including PVWA, CPM, and PSM, and ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments, with strong attention to detail, analytical skills, communication, and prioritization abilities.
• Basic scripting knowledge using PowerShell, Python, or similar technologies is beneficial.
