Manager (Cybersecurity Advisory)

What you will do

• Lead client engagements implementing cybersecurity and GRC programs aligned with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other security and privacy frameworks.
• Conduct compliance readiness assessments, IT risk assessments, IT General Controls reviews, and support external audits.
• Manage compliance, security, and privacy operations, including incident response tabletop exercises and response procedures.
• Implement and manage GRC platforms such as Drata, Vanta, and Tugboat Logic.
• Perform vendor risk reviews, analyze SOC 2 reports, manage security questionnaires, and develop security policies and SOPs.
• Coordinate project plans, budgets, timelines, deliverables, client communications, executive presentations, recruiting interviews, and business development relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in IT, CIS, MIS, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or IT risk advisory.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, NIST, FedRAMP, and CMMC compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with GRC solutions, tools, and technologies.
• Strong client relationship management, communication, problem-solving, presentation, and project management skills.

Nice to have

• CISA, CISM, CISSP, or AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
• Experience with business continuity planning, cloud configurations, user access reviews, asset inventories, and vendor risk management.
