Admitting & Registration Supervisor

Salary: $55,000–$75,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise Patient Access employees and oversee daily registration activities and processes.
• Coordinate staffing to support workload demands while meeting budget requirements.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and revenue cycle best practices.
• Monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with clinical and revenue cycle departments to maintain effective workflows.
• Coach employees, provide performance feedback, and resolve patient and employee concerns.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of Patient Access experience in a healthcare setting.
• 1–2 years of progressive supervisory or lead experience.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle processes, insurance requirements, and patient access workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency with patient access systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
