Location: Remote field-based role for candidates residing within the assigned geographic region; preferred in San Francisco, California, with Sacramento also considered. Territory coverage includes California and Nevada. The role requires approximately 80% travel and onsite attendance at company facilities for training and meetings.

Salary: $187,000–$231,000 per year, plus eligibility for incentives and stock options.

What you will do

  • Lead territory and ecosystem-level account strategies to support the launch and appropriate adoption of darovasertib in uveal melanoma.
  • Build relationships with academic oncologists, ocular specialists, community oncology providers, and multidisciplinary healthcare stakeholders.
  • Translate clinical data, disease-state information, mechanism of action, and access considerations into compliant product education.
  • Identify, activate, and optimize referral networks across the patient journey.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Value & Access, Patient Services, and internal commercial stakeholders to support complex accounts and patient access.
  • Use analytics and performance data to prioritize accounts, allocate resources, and provide insights for brand and launch strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, biological sciences, or a related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience, including at least 5 years in oncology sales.
  • Demonstrated success launching a first-in-class or specialty oncology product in the United States.
  • Experience managing complex academic and community oncology accounts and engaging healthcare professionals in high-level scientific dialogue.
  • Strong understanding of reimbursement and fulfillment pathways for oral oncolytics, with strong analytical, strategic planning, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Residence within the assigned geographic region is required; overnight travel, occasional evening and weekend conference work, and approximately 80% travel are expected.
