Personal Assistant (AI)

Location: Permanent work from home; availability required for UK morning hours or UK evening hours according to the assigned schedule.

What you will do

• Process tasks routed from AI systems that require human execution and judgment.
• Handle online purchases, e-commerce transactions, data entry, and administrative tasks accurately.
• Complete forms and applications, including complex visa application documents.
• Arrange restaurant reservations, flights, travel, and other bookings through online platforms, phone calls, and vendor communication.
• Maintain smooth handoffs between AI and human workflows to ensure task completion.

Requirements

• Strong English communication skills are required for written correspondence and phone interactions.
• Experience in virtual assistance, administrative support, or customer service.
• Comfort making calls to vendors, restaurants, and service providers.
• Proficiency with online booking platforms, e-commerce websites, form completion, and data entry.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, reliable internet, and a professional home office setup.
• Availability for consistent UK-time working hours is required.

• Experience with AI tools or workflow management systems.
