Senior Manager, Finance (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin, United States. Primarily office-based with occasional travel to network locations and business partners.

Salary: $120,000–$175,000 annually, plus an annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the finance operations team.
• Partner with senior operations leaders on planning, forecasting, capital allocation, and performance optimization.
• Analyze actual results, trends, and variances to identify risks, opportunities, and value creation initiatives.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly close processes while maintaining accurate and timely reporting.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, systems, data integrity, and decision-making.
• Partner with supply chain and operations leaders on cost savings, process efficiency, compliance, and profitable growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• At least 7 years of progressive finance experience required, preferably in manufacturing, operations finance, or supply chain.
• At least 2 years of people leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, analysis, forecasting, cost structures, manufacturing metrics, and profitability drivers.
• Experience with financial reporting, month-end close, internal controls, ERP systems, BI tools, and Excel modeling.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and cross-functional influencing skills.
