Commercial Construction Site Engineer

Location: Falls Church, Virginia, with full-time on-site work and required commuting to jobsites within a 30–40-mile radius of the assigned office

Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and maintain clean, orderly jobsite offices, signage, and required postings.
• Support project Superintendents with daily site operations and reporting.
• Coordinate site deliveries, traffic control, tools, equipment, and materials.
• Interface with building trades and learn trade scopes and sequencing.
• Assist with supervised site layout and field measuring.
• Observe and enforce site safety, security, and the corporate safety program.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Passion for site operations management and field work.
• Ability to commute to jobsites within a 30–40-mile radius of the assigned office.
• Completion of at least three years on-site as a Site Engineer is required before eligibility for promotion to Assistant Superintendent.

Nice to have

• Enrollment in an associate degree program focused on Construction Management or a related field.
