Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Oxford, PA, United States; onsite plant operations

Salary: $82,500–$97,100 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs.

What you will do

• Supervise 20–30 hourly full-time associates and up to 30 seasonal or temporary associates in a multishift operation.
• Oversee production, equipment maintenance, warehouse, distribution, building and grounds maintenance, or field operations.
• Assign work, monitor progress, establish schedules, train associates, evaluate performance, and recommend hiring decisions.
• Maintain quality, quantity, cost, material availability, and plant productivity standards while resolving operational issues.
• Implement safety programs, enforce company and plant procedures, and maintain positive associate relations.
• Maintain production, maintenance, and inventory records; support purchasing, budgeting, plant goals, and special projects.

Requirements

• Experience supervising a workforce in a production or related plant operation.
• Ability to work in a multishift, onsite manufacturing environment.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and associate relations.
• Ability to enforce safety, quality, operational, and company procedures.
• Ability to operate equipment alongside production employees and support plant productivity goals.
