Production Foreman (Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Imlay City, Michigan, United States; 2nd shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM

Salary: $32.35–$41.90 per hour, paid weekly

What you will do

• Supervise and coordinate the work of up to 25 production, temporary agency, equipment repair, and yard-work personnel.
• Plan production schedules, assign personnel, establish priorities, monitor progress, and prepare shift production summaries.
• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, control points, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Support equipment uptime by coordinating repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques, and resolving minor equipment issues.
• Enforce safety protocols, PPE use, housekeeping, and proper equipment operation.
• Coach employees, provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and recommend disciplinary action when necessary.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and direct the work of others.
• Experience managing processes and implementing process improvements.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking skills, basic math skills, and computer proficiency.
• Understanding of safety protocols, audits, housekeeping standards, and conflict resolution.
