What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sourcing for new product launches, including supplier selection, cost modeling, and capacity planning.
• Develop sourcing strategies that improve speed to market, total value, quality, and long-term scalability.
• Align Engineering, Category, and Operations teams around product and material requirements, ownership, and decisions.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships, lead complex negotiations, and oversee supplier performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage NPD sourcing timelines, milestones, deliverables, and risk mitigation for critical programs.
• Lead and develop the NPD Supply team through coaching, clear responsibilities, and empowerment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience directly managing complex categories and negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strategic thinking, comfort with ambiguity, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for developing people.
• Ability to travel at least 10%.
