Product Manager I (Salesforce)

What you will do

• Create and maintain the Salesforce CRM product vision and prioritized roadmap for sales growth and enablement across banking, investments, and insurance.
• Collaborate with product management teams, stakeholders, and support teams to align solutions with business and customer needs.
• Understand solution architecture and operational impacts while ensuring solutions meet stakeholder requirements.
• Communicate product features to management and product stakeholders.
• Apply integrity, caring, and excellence when addressing complex issues and delivering outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex products and services.
• 3+ years of experience with Salesforce.
• Experience performing cost analysis, identifying KPIs, and creating financially sound strategies.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Advanced knowledge of bank operations and financial solutions, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Experience supporting sales processes and working in investment or insurance domains.
• Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator or Certified Scrum Product Owner certification.
