Senior Staff Product Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Define and lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for VEP Sales Technology across the full revenue lifecycle.
• Build CRM and customer engagement capabilities covering pipeline and opportunity management, CPQ, CLM, and order management.
• Design hirify.globalive, transparent, and trustworthy AI-powered experiences for customers, sellers, and revenue operations teams.
• Partner with design, engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver cohesive quote-to-cash solutions.
• Guide system integrations, audits, performance tuning, data quality, and auditability across the GTM technology stack.
• Define success metrics and optimize customer engagement quality, pipeline conversion, deal velocity, contract cycle time, and order accuracy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience or equivalent AI delivery experience, including shipping AI-driven solutions for GTM and revenue operations teams at scale.
• Experience integrating AI tools into the product management workflow and shipping production-grade AI features or products.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, customer engagement and forecasting tools, CPQ, CLM, and order management systems.
• Strong technical fluency in data models, APIs, system integrations, and architecture decisions across the GTM stack.
• Experience leading high-performing teams and aligning senior and executive stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
• Undergraduate degree required; computer science or engineering focus preferred. MBA is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Conga, Apttus, Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Lifecycle Management, and Ironclad.
• MBA or equivalent relevant experience.
