Senior Financial Planning & Analysis Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in the United States

Compensation: $160,000 – $190,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and headcount planning.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to cross-functional teams to improve performance.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for scenario analysis and long-term planning.
• Analyze financial results and communicate insights to the CFO and senior leadership.
• Drive process improvements and integrate AI tools to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure financial data integrity through close collaboration with the Accounting department.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
• 7-10 years of experience in corporate finance or FP&A, ideally in fintech or tech.
• Expert financial modeling skills in Excel/GSheets.
• Proven experience integrating AI tools into financial workflows.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders.
