Senior Manager, EH&S & Facilities (Aerospace)

Location: Alameda, California, with regular travel and on-site presence at the Atwater Test Site in Atwater, California

Salary: $120,700–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs compliant with OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other applicable regulations.
• Conduct training, audits, incident investigations, risk assessments, regulatory inspections, and emergency planning.
• Oversee maintenance, utilities, space planning, vendors, contractors, facility upgrades, and infrastructure expansion for the Alameda headquarters and Atwater Test Site.
• Partner with test, engineering, manufacturing, and HR teams to ensure safe operations and facility readiness.
• Track EHS and facilities KPIs and drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of EHS and/or facilities management experience in aerospace, industrial, or high-tech environments.
• 5+ years of team management experience.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, Cal/OSHA, EPA, and NFPA regulations.
• Experience managing facilities projects and maintaining compliance in dynamic environments.
• Willingness to travel regularly to the Atwater, California test site.
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, engineering, or a related field preferred.
