Director, Product Portfolio & Product Lifecycle IT Transformation Lead

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States. Travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not eligible.

Salary: $176,500–$242,500 per year, plus potential bonus and stock awards.

What you will do

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across product lifecycle management, project and portfolio management, and related IT platforms.
• Define priorities, roadmaps, execution plans, governance mechanisms, and delivery cadences with business and IT stakeholders.
• Drive complex IT-enabled programs covering scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, adoption, and value realization.
• Improve end-to-end Idea-to-Retire processes through integrated platforms, process standardization, and cross-functional alignment.
• Lead implementation, integration, and optimization involving Siemens PLM, SAP S/4, and related enterprise platforms.
• Monitor portfolio health indicators, success measures, and business value realization for strategic programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Significant experience in enterprise IT, digital transformation, product lifecycle management, ERP, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale business process and IT transformation programs.
• Experience with Siemens PLM, SAP S/4, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and change leadership skills across business and IT organizations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholder visibility, multiple dependencies, and enterprise impact.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or other complex product-based global organizations.
• Experience leading platform-enabled transformation across Idea-to-Retire processes.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in product and project portfolio management.
• Experience building governance models that improve execution and business value realization.
