Global Customer Supply Chain Transformation Manager (Supply Chain, AI)

Location: Utrecht, Netherlands or Cork, Ireland; hybrid work with 2–3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across the Global Customer Supply Chain organization.
• Redesign business processes and evolve operating models to simplify, standardize, and optimize operations.
• Improve customer journeys, service experience, and cross-functional collaboration across the order-to-cash process.
• Lead initiatives involving digital transformation, process automation, AI adoption, and process standardization.
• Translate business needs into transformation plans and drive execution, adoption, governance, KPIs, and benefits realization.
• Partner with Global and Regional Customer Supply Chain Heads and stakeholders in Planning, Commercial, IT, Digital, Data & Analytics, and Finance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, program management, supply chain, customer supply chain, consulting, or related functions.
• Project Management and/or Change Management certification, such as PMP, Agile, or Prosci.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional digital transformation initiatives, including process automation and AI-enabled business improvements, in a global matrixed organization.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, financial, governance, and KPI skills.
• Fluent English is required; the role is based in Utrecht, Netherlands or Cork, Ireland with hybrid office attendance.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or MBA.
• Experience with Customer Supply Chain, Integrated Business Planning, Sales & Operations Execution, or Commercial Supply Chain.
• Experience with AI, automation, analytics, enterprise technologies, ERP platforms such as Oracle, Kinaxis, or SAP, and supply chain planning systems.
• Experience in a multinational technology or consumer electronics company.
