Sr Director, ERP Transformation (SAP)

Location: Camden, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $213,400–$293,400 base salary per year

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end ERP modernization program, including the migration from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
• Assess and rationalize the ERP landscape, including custom ABAP, integrations, middleware, bolt-on applications, and satellite systems.
• Define target-state ERP architecture using BTP extensibility, API-first integration, and clean-core principles.
• Own program scope, sequencing, schedules, resources, risks, governance, cutover, data migration, and hypercare planning.
• Coordinate Supply Chain IT, Commercial IT, Finance, Manufacturing, business stakeholders, systems integrators, SAP, and third-party vendors.
• Manage the SAP Basis team and maintain platform stability, security patching, environments, transports, and operational continuity during the transition.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• 15+ years of enterprise technology experience, including at least 8 years in SAP program leadership.
• Experience leading a full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA migration or comparable large-scale ERP modernization, including integration and legacy-system remediation.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, complex customized ERP environments, SAP Basis, and integration architectures.
• Experience managing multi-year programs, budgets, cross-functional teams, systems integrators, and third-party vendors.
• Strong financial, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational change management skills; Prosci or ADKAR knowledge is relevant.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or manufacturing.
• SAP certification in a relevant functional or technical area.
• Knowledge of SAP RISE and cloud deployment models compared with on-premise approaches.
