Production Supervisor I/II - 2nd Shift (Manufacturing)

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States; onsite second-shift manufacturing role.

Starting base pay: $76,000–$105,903 per year.

What you will do

• Directly supervise hourly production team members on the second shift.
• Execute daily production plans, monitor variances, and adjust staffing or capacity to meet schedules and productivity goals.
• Set performance expectations, coordinate training and onboarding, conduct performance reviews, and issue corrective actions when needed.
• Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, shipping, inventory control, sales, purchasing, and maintenance to resolve production issues.
• Lead continuous improvement, 5S, safety, cross-training, and team engagement activities.
• Use ERP and manufacturing systems to support labor, inventory, attendance, and production processes.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• For Production Supervisor I: 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience; for Production Supervisor II: 2–4 years in a supervisory leadership role.
• Associate degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Ability to maintain product quality, workplace safety, production performance, and employee relations.
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa during the second shift and coordinate with multiple internal departments.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excel experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• SAP experience.
• Continuous improvement training for the Production Supervisor II level.
