Production Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Blaine, Minnesota, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Compensation: $76,000–$141,100 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Directly lead production employees through training, direction, performance reviews, education, and mentoring.
• Manage daily production activities to meet current commitments while driving operational improvements.
• Monitor daily performance using process center communication boards.
• Deploy Lean methodology to eliminate waste throughout the manufacturing operation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support safety programs.
• Support payroll-hour submission, new process and product implementation, and improvement projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of Lean manufacturing experience preferred, with the ability to explain and apply Lean concepts and methodologies.
