Production Supervisor I/II - 1st Shift

Location: Knoxville, Tennessee, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Starting base pay: $76,000–$105,903 per year

What you will do

• Directly supervise hourly production team members and set performance expectations.
• Execute daily production plans, monitor variance to plan, and recommend capacity or staffing adjustments.
• Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, shipping, inventory control, sales, purchasing, maintenance, and production management.
• Maintain product quality, safety standards, 5S work areas, labor processes, and accurate safety records.
• Lead continuous improvement activities and support team engagement, cross-training, onboarding, and development.
• Manage tools, machinery, inventory processes, ERP systems, communications, interviews, and performance reviews.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• For Production Supervisor I: 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience; for Production Supervisor II: 2–4 years in a supervisory leadership role.
• Associate degree in supply chain, operations management, engineering, business administration, management, or a related field, or equivalent job experience.
• Experience coordinating manufacturing operations, safety, staffing, and production performance.
• Ability to work onsite in Knoxville, Tennessee, on the 1st shift.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Excel experience with pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• SAP experience.
