What you will do
- Coordinate the Engineering Change Order process using Agile Product Collaborator and automated workflow management.
- Review documents for completeness, accuracy, ISO compliance, and appropriate signatures.
- Maintain document repositories, controlled-document records, retention schedules, approval matrices, and Agile user accounts.
- Monitor document integrity and manage restricted or confidential process and customer documentation.
- Publish document-control metrics and complete administrative activities supporting engineering and manufacturing workflows.
- Collaborate across departments, attend global meetings, and support regulatory and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or degree with 3–5 years of relevant document-control experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, or medical industry.
- Experience with Agile PLM, ERP systems, and Electronic Document Management Systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Understanding of manufacturing and engineering workflows, ISO standards, document retention, and compliance requirements.
- Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and independent-working skills.
- Fluent English, spoken and written, is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with CAD systems such as Creo and Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Knowledge of rework and purge processes, configuration management, and Quality Management System documentation.
- Experience providing Agile training or using Business Intelligence tools.
- Semiconductor or related manufacturing experience, including automotive or industrial manufacturing.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
