Operations Executive

Location: Mid Valley; hybrid role

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day operational support across order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administration.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
• Enter, update, and maintain accurate operational records and databases.
• Follow up on customer requests and operational issues until resolution.
• Support company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Monitor assigned tasks, track KPIs, escalate issues, and drive operational improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and appreciation of operations and procedures.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
